
Evercade enthusiasts are in for a treat this November as a new cartridge pays tribute to a legendary game studio celebrating its 40th anniversary. Blaze Entertainment has announced a release that honors the heritage of Rare in celebration of its milestone year. This special edition, known as Rare Collection 1, will hit shelves on November 1, with fans able to reserve their copy starting November 30. Priced at roughly $30, this release offers a premium gateway into the cherished past of gaming.
The collection gathers a dozen titles from the early days of Rare, back when it operated Rewritten: "marketed under the title Ultimate: Play the Game. The" selection embraces classics including Jetpac, Knight Lore, and Battletoads, and marks the debut of ZX Spectrum games on an Evercade cartridge. In addition to a full-colour manual, the collection is compatible with Evercade VS, Evercade EXP, Evercade Alpha, and HyperMegaTech Super Pocket systems.
